Glyn Afon is in the Lakeside village of Llanberis, an ideal base for climbing Snowdon, and exploring Snowdonia National Park.
Dedicated to people wanting a break without children, our Welsh Tourist Board 3 Star Bed & Breakfast Guest House, offers a unique opportunity for a quiet, relaxed break, providing an ideal base in the lakeside village of Llanberis, situated within the Snowdonia National Park.
Being centrally located in the village makes us an ideal start point for a number of walks from the door, whether it be a stroll around the village or a 1085mtr. Climb to the summit of Snowdon. The Snowdon Railway, Padarn Lake Railway and Country Park and The National Slate Museum of Wales are all within a 10 minute walk. Some of our rooms have partial views of Padarn Lake and the Elidir Mountains beyond, a sight to behold as the sun comes up.
Llanberis is also an ideal base from which to explore North Wales, The Llyn Peninsular, the Isle of Anglesey and the spectacular scenery of the Snowdonia Mountain Range.
