Holkham Cottage provides homely accommodation which is comfortable and well equipped. We have ground floor rooms and a garden annexe with wheelchair access which can be suitable for those with limited mobility – ring to discuss your needs.
We have ensuite rooms which are warm and welcoming and well appointed. Our garden has a sitting area and barbecue facilities for guests.
We are situated ideally for visiting the beautiful unspoilt coastline of Norfolk. Bird watching, walking, cycling and outdoor pursuits on the doorstep.
Historic houses abound and the area is full of interesting places to visit – try Royal Sandringham!
Holkham Cottage is also a suitable base if you are house hunting or working in the area – we have special rates for long stays (must be continuous and over 2 weeks duration)
In the off peak season we can provide evening meals (by prior arraangement)
