We are located within walking distance to the city centre of Inverness. It is about a 10 minute walk from our B&B to the city-centre of Inverness and from the bus & railway stations.

Our B&B in Inverness is situated between the river Ness and Caledonian canal.

All our guest rooms have en’suite facilities and are furnished to a high standard of comfort with 26” digital/freeview flat screen tv, Free WI-FI internet connection and tea/coffee facilities in all rooms.

We have free private parking and secure storage for bikes
