Spring Gardens Guest House is a new and exciting venture which recently opened for business. Situated in the tranquil
location of Spring Gardens, we are conveniently situated halfway between the seaside town of Ventnor and the historic
village of Bonchurch, both of which are just a few minutes walk away. Our friendly and comfortable establishment is
situated at the end of a quiet tree lined road which enjoys “unadopted” status and has no through traffic, leaving our guests the chance to enjoy the unrivalled air quality, tranquillity and peaceful solitude of our location. Our position also means that we able to offer off road parking for each of our guest rooms, something that is normally very much at a premium in Victorian seaside towns like Ventnor. Two of our three rooms are currently fully en-suite and enjoy fantastic sea views with uninterrupted vistas over the English Channel. Watch in awe as the mighty cruise liners heading for distant shores pass by every evening or gaze upon the lone sail of a solitary small yacht glowing golden in the evening sunset.

We currently have three rooms available: the Bonchurch Room, the Steephill Room and our premier and most popular room, the Undercliff Room. All are equipped, furnished and decorated to a high standard and include:
• King size bed • Tea and coffee making facilities • En suite bathroom* • Central heating • HD Colour TV with built in CD/DVD player • Silent running fridge • Complimentary morning newspaper

The rooms are equipped with two wine glasses, a corkscrew, a hairdryer and an alarm clock/radio. Fresh towels are supplied and replaced as and when required and there are beach towels available on request for a small refundable deposit.

We also have a good selection of DVDs and books for your use which guests can readily borrow.
