Whether in summer, with drinks al fresco on the patio overlooking the common, or in winter with roaring fire, cosy beamed bar and restaurant, enjoy great real ales (including our Taverner’s Tipple) or choose from our wide selection of wines, spirits and malt whiskies. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals from our bar or restaurant menus, traditional Sunday roasts, OAP specials Tuesday to Friday lunchtimes and a great children’s menu. Restaurant booking are advisable at weekends and bank holidays. Our spacious A A *** double, twin and family rooms are decorated to a high standard of comfort and quality, offering bed and breakfast accommodation and our camp site opens soon.
