Description

We hold a Five Gold Star award from Scottish Tourist Board and continually strive for excellence in services and facilities. We have beds you won’t want to get out of, and breakfasts which are so varied you might not want to just have the Scottish one. All produce is locally sourced, organic and we have a healthy eating approach.

We are 10 minutes from Edinburgh Airport, one mile form the City Bypass and Heriot-Watt University. You can walk form our door into the Pentland Hills or along the Water of Leith, and catch a bus in 50 yds to take you direct to the city centre every 10 minutes.
