Corbridge is a town in Northumberland 4 miles east of the fantastically pleasing to say, Hexham. The town was the site of a Roman fort called Coriosopitum built in 90 AD - sometime before the construction of Hadrians Wall. Coriosopitum was the most northerly town in the Roman Empire and remains may still be seen today. Furthermore, Corbridge sits in a county of diverse landscapes and resounding natural expanses including The Cheviot Hills.
