Bungay is a town in the beautiful county of Suffolk; it rests upon the River Waveney 10 miles west of Lowestoft. Bungay was once said to be haunted by a monstrous satanic hound called Old Shuck but is perhaps better regarded for its access to the stunning The Broads National Park. As such, Bungay is a perfect retreat for gentle and relaxing boating. One imagines Ratty from Wind in the Willows would have been most happy here.
Quiet, friendly farmhouse, with high quality ensuite rooms. Award winning breakfasts and top quality hospitality. Own sausages and bacon.
