Accommodation in Newmarket
Newmarket is a market town in Suffolk, on the Cambridgeshire border, about 13 miles east of Cambridge. Its architecture mostly postdates 1683, when most of the existing buildings were destroyed by a fire. Newmarket is beautifully situated on open heathland, which proves ideal for horse riding, hence its development into Britains home of horseracing.
