This owner-maintained self catering property accommodates up to 4 people in a two-bedroomed period semi-detached cottage complete with gas central heating and triple glazing to the upstairs bedrooms.

We are literally less than a minutes walk from the town centre where there is a good selection of excellent pubs, restaurants and interesting traditional local shops to meander through.
This is an ideal base, both for those who like to relax and take things easy, and those who enjoy the outdoor activities like hill-walking, golfing, cycling and fishing. We have a dry room to dry out your kit.

Avonlea provides the ideal location for a relaxing holiday, exploring Crieff, the local countryside, playing golf (a set of clubs can be provided on request), or fishing. It is also a good base to explore the neighbouring villages and towns.

Upstairs comprises two double bedrooms and a shower room. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom has a pair of single beds.
