The Stable was rebuilt in the year 2000 and comfortably accommodates 6 people plus a baby. All the rooms are on the ground floor with exception of the master bedroom. It is light and bright and has wooden floors in the kitchen, hall and lounge with carpets in the 3 bedrooms and stairs. Full central heating. 4 star rating with English Tourist Board. Free Wi-Fi.
The property has a large modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area by the french doors which lead out onto the paved courtyard with a well, safety grid fitted.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single 3ft beds which are ‘zip and link’ and can be made up into a 6ft bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single 3ft beds.
Master Bedroom fitted with a 5ft Double bed overlooking the courtyard and garden at the front and a velux window with lovely views looking to the west over farmland and the sea beyond.
The Lounge is has new ‘L’ shaped sofa and armchair, coffee table, 23” Digital TV, DVD Player, CD/Radio system, various books and games. French doors also open onto the courtyard.
The Bathroom is fully tiled in white and has a bath with shower over, glass shower screen, basin, toilet, shaver point, mirrored cupboard.
Another Separate Cloakroom.
The Hall has a cupboard for coats and is where the Dyson and ironing board are kept.
Outside the garden is fully fenced and gated and has a shingle drive with parking for 2 cars. Laid to lawn and mature trees/shrubs. The Courtyard is paved and has wooden table and chairs, garden umbrella, Webber Charcoal BBQ. 2 garden benches.
