Forfar is a Royal Burgh and traditional textile town barely 13 miles northwest of Arbroath, in Angus. It was once home to the Scottish Kings from the 11th to 14th centuries, who resided in the now long gone castle. Forfar has an interesting history and was synonymous with many witchcraft trials during the 17th century; it is also one of the many towns taken by Robert the Bruce during the Scottish wars of independence. It is close to and surrounded by some of Scotlands illustrious and well regarded settings.
The cabins are located 5 miles from Forfar/Kirriemuir and can accommodate up to 20 people ideal for walking, fishing, cycling or relaxing.
