We live just 50m away should you need us.
It has a 3 star superior grading (English Tourist Board) but has a basic 3 star price and is exceptional value.
Lower flat (studio plus separate kitchen has two single beds and a double sofa bed: sleeps two but can sleep a family of four. Price £385-£425 pw.
Upstairs Duplex flat. Two large rooms: kitchen/dining/Living room with double sofa bed and bedrrom with three singles. Excellent power shower in wetroom. Can sleep five. Price: £525-£550 pw.
