It leads into a large conservatory which doubles as the dining area and has a door into the garden. There is also access to the garden from the kitchen, which has gas cooking and a small breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds. Bathroom with bath and basin, and separate loo. Newly installed for 2010, is a completely separate shower room, also with a basin.
