Description

A spacious house where families can gather for celebrations, beach or activity holidays without being cramped. Situated in a quiet central location with car parking; two minutes walk to town centre, bus terminus, the beach, entertainments, and leisure activities; a five minute walk to the supermarket.

With full central heating it comprises of a large sitting room with sofas, TV (Freeview), DVD and a VCR; a large dining room, high chair; a spacious and fully equipped kitchen for 12 persons with large working surfaces; new Belling electric oven and hob, microwaves, seating at kitchen table.

Accommodation: ‘Ships cabin’: double bed, washbasin and wardrobe. ‘The Anchorage’: two single beds, washbasin and shower, wardrobe.’ Captains Cabin’: one double bed, two adult sized bunk beds, washbasin and shower, wardrobe. Children’s play room with travel cot and toys. Bathroom: bath, shower, washbasin and W.C. Separate W.C. and washbasin; ‘Crows Nest’, a double and a single bed. Further Bedroom with two single beds and washbasin. All staircases are protected by stairgates; bunk beds and a divan are fitted with bedrails and a fire alarm is installed, all electrical equipment is P.A.T. tested.

The garden provides an outdoor play area with garden furniture and a barbeque; it is safe for children and pets. Outdoor clothing and sporting equipment may be stored and there is secure storage for bicycles. The house is close to the Peddars Way and is short drive from the RSPB reserves; it is available throughout the year.
