The house is ideal as a family holiday home or a well equipped base for yachtsmen, walkers, cyclists, sports enthusiasts or others wishing to stay on the Isle of Wight.

The accommodation consists of a lounge, separate dining room which seats 8, a well equipped kitchen, 1 bunk room sleeping up to four adults and 2 twin or super king double rooms, there is a ground floor WC. The first floor bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubical. Outside there is a covered area, ideal for drying sails or storing cycles. The attractive southerly facing garden with ornamental fish pond, deck and patio can be enjoyed while dining and unwinding outside.
