One flat is just to the left of the tower on the ground floor. The other is on the first floor half way along the balcony running along the front of the building.

The location is ideal for central Edinburgh and its attractions most of which are within easy walking distance.

The former school playground is now a garden and private free car park.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac there is no passing traffic.

Access to Holyrood Royal Park is through a pedestrian gate beside the car park entrance.

The view from the balcony is quite superb. Salisbury Crags are to the left with Arthur’s Seat to the middle of the picture.

Holyrood Park provides excellent walks and the views of the city from the hill tops are breathtaking.
