The Cheese House and The Cyder House

Stone built Gd I Listed farm building converted into 2 holiday cottages in the mid 90’s. Separate drive , 4 steps lead down to the garden and a further 4 steps lead to path to each of the front doors. Downstairs in each cottage is open plan. The Cyder House has a magnificent ‘stepped fireplace’ with woodburning stove, a great asset for our wintertime guests to enjoy. There are 2 single bedrooms and a double which is gable-ended in Cyder.

The Cheese House is the more spacious of the two but with no fireplace. In this cottage you have the advantage of an extra comfy sitting area with a portable TV, this area we call ‘The Gallery’ and is on the top landing where a twin-bedded room is situated. The double room is large and we are able to put a cot in this room if needed. The shower room and single bedroom is also on this landing. As mentioned downstairs is open plan with the kitchen under an archway. Both are well equiped to 4 Star specification. Short breaks welcome (minimum stay 3 nights.) price depending on season £300. – £615. per week.
