Home of a ‘beautiful marsh’. once drained by the castle moat, Beaumaris is a small, eye-catching town on the southeast coast of Anglesey. Aside from the castle, Anglesey provides some relatively low lying hills, perfect for walkers seeking stunning coastal scenery and quaint welsh towns. Beaumaris is also close enough to Snowdonia National Park for some equally beautiful, but perhaps more challenging geography.
