(River) Dance Your Way to Bristol!

The Riverdance Farewell Tour is hitting Bristol Hippodrome in April - time to book accommodation!

Who can believe that it was way back in 1994 when the phenomenon that is Riverdance first hit our screens. Not only did the 1994 Eurovision see Ireland clinch their sixth record breaking win, but it was also the first time Michael Flatley and Jean Butler performed Riverdance. The show went on to take the world by storm – with sell out tours across America, the Far East and Europe.

Riverdance – The Farewell Tour

Sadly, it is finally time for Riverdance to hang up its dancing shoes, but fans have one more chance to see this spectacular show. Riverdance – The Farewell Tour will be at the Bristol Hippodrome from the 5th – 10th April 2010. Tickets for Riverdance cost £25.50 for each adult. (Tickets here)

You can contact the Bristol Hippodrome for reservations. When you book your tickets for the Riverdance Farewell Tour, you may want to organise your accommodation as well: with the event set to be a sell-out, it would be wise to book ahead to get the best deals on accommodation. Bristol is also an excellent location for sightseeing, with delights such as the Brunel’s SS Great Britain Museum and the Bristol Cathedrals to explore.
